The Harpers Ferry Light Show is an active participation experience. Guests will walk along and must stay on the designated trail. The trail may consist of uneven terrain and can be affected by weather. Guests may not climb or touch any of the lights/displays, unless otherwise specified.
A Liability Release will need to be signed by each participant and/or parent prior to activity. The link for the waivers will be sent in a separate email from a company called Wherewolf. Please pass it along to all group members.
We recommend checking in 30 minutes prior to your start time.
Gear Requirement - Please wear appropriate attire for being in the winter elements.
Photosensitivity Warning: There will be bright and flashing lights throughout the trail. Those with a light sensitivity may need to be cautious.
Ages 12 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone at least 18 years old to enter and remain in the park. Parents, guardians, and chaperones are responsible for children they enter the park with.
No pets are permitted on the Light Show trail. Only service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability are allowed. Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.
The trail itself is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. It is partly a gravel road and partly a mulched trail in the woods. Several of the elements have stairs which are NOT meant to be standard building code.
We have ADA parking on-site and our office is accessible. Parts of the show are visible with actually walking through the site.
We can provide reasonable accommodation for disabilities upon prior request.
We operate rain/snow or shine. There are no refunds in the event you decide not to participate due to weather conditions.
Please be respectful of other participants. If the guests are being disrespectful or a nuisance to the other Light Show participants and/or Snow Riders Staff, Snow Riders reserves the right to ask guests to leave without a refund.
